Improve my posture to look good you say?

If you want to look beautiful than no high fashion clothes, make-up, or high heels, will make you look like money if you don’t know how to improve your posture. Many women and men would look ten times better if they just straightened out their back. Unfortunately, society is based around a lifestyle that requires less and less physical activity and more and more desk, sofa and car time, which means that people are simply getting to weak to posture up.

A lot about looking strong, firm, and beautiful, lies in how you stand and sit. If slouch you will probably look fatter and older. Not only that, but it puts a real strain on your lower back, which can lead to chronic back pain and other conditions. However, how to improve posture is a question that doesn’t need a complicated answer.

All it takes is simply straightening out your back, shoulders back and down, and keep your chest elevated. Now, this might feel a bit uncomfortable at first, but that is just because it is an unusual way for you to stand or sit, probably meaning you really have had a bad posture all along. You might even have to strengthen your core, if your back and abdomen are too weakened by years of inactivity and not enough training.

Take a run-way model. They have probably put a lot of effort in learning to walking the walk, but they wouldn’t be where they were if they didn’t include steps to improve posture in their general training.
